Linda has eight full-time Buyer and Relocation Specialists. They represent buyers exclusively and follow Linda's guidelines for full disclosure, education and protection of each buyer. An in-field delivery manager checks regularly on Linda's vacant listings, delivers "for sale" signs, marketing brochures and "sold" signs all around town.
Linda's other full time staff members include a Listing Coordinator in charge of listing input, showing feedback, adverting input of homes for sale, a Closing Coordinator who schedule attorney closings and property inspection. They also assist in coordinating lenders, utilities, etc. Linda also has a Director of First Impressions, Marketing Director and bookkeeper.
