Heather Larose REALTOR® Buyer & Relocation Specialist
Born and raised in Vermont, I was looking forward to the warmer weather when I moved to Raleigh, NC back in 1997. I grew up in a family that had a passion for real estate. Learning about the home renovation and flipping process from them, allowed me to easily continue that endeavor once I came to North Carolina. After a few years of working as a Loan Officer, I realized I wanted to help people achieve home ownership in a different way. That’s when I decided to get my real estate license.
My goal as a dedicated real estate agent is to make your home buying experience an enjoyable one! Placing myself in your shoes is one of my strengths. As we explore your options, I will help you achieve the lifestyle you are seeking and will hone in on the design and environment that fits your needs, preferences, and tastes.
I believe in taking exceptional care of my clients both during and after their home purchase. My favorite aspect of real estate is the lifelong relationships that are built. I make it my business to set the stage for trust, listen to your needs, and spend the time to explain every step of the process from before the first showing until after your closing. I believe in being extraordinarily responsive to calls, texts, and emails. Having vast, diverse knowledge of the market allows me to guide my buyers through their home buying process with facts, not emotion. My heavy involvement in community and social events serve as an extremely valuable resource for both relocating and local clients.
During my free time, I frequent city events and venues, college basketball games, concerts, plays, cultural happenings, and of course, both new and old restaurants. One of my favorite loves is fostering puppies from our local SPCA. Taking them to Shelley Lake is a blast and we even invite the occasional human to join us for a walk and playtime. During the summer, you can find me on the coast (when free time allows for it) soaking up the beautiful sun and surf of the Carolinas with my favorite beach companion - my nephew, Isaiah!
