Kim joined the team in 2011 and was born and raised in Sydney, Australia. Kim grew up watching her father build custom homes and has loved real estate ever since. While in Sydney she attended East Sydney TAFE where she studied Fashion, Design and Small Business.
After graduating Kim traveled throughout Singapore, Burma, Malaysia, Taiwan, and the United States as a dancer with various production companies. She met her husband, Colton, in Taiwan and they have been together ever since. Originally from North Carolina, Colton brought Kim to visit our state and she immediately knew she was home. Kim and Colton have lived in North Carolina for the past eight years and have three children.
Kim's real estate career started in 2007 and as a skilled negotiator, Kim never takes no for an answer. Her clients have been very impressed with her market insight and skills. Kim earned her CCSB - Certified Short Sale Buyer Designation in 2012 and is always very active in pursuing further industry education and enhancing her market knowledge.
