Kirk Warner

I was born and raised in Raleigh. I went to school at UNC Chapel Hill and earned my PhD from Yale University. My family has developed, owned, operated, and sold major properties —commercial and residential — in the heart of the Triangle over the decades, which gave me firsthand experience with the real estate market, geographical expertise in this area, and an entrepreneurial spirit. I especially appreciate clients who share my own interests: horses, land, and Southern luxury. 

Being a Realtor is essentially being what a client needs: to execute what for most of them will be one of the most important financial transactions of their life. Being ever-present to their needs and concerns to make that process seamless and timely is top priority for me.  

Ensuring the prosperity of my clients in their real estate ventures is as much a responsibility as it is a privilege for us at Linda Craft Team: your success is my success; your dreams are mine: to make them come true is what makes me excited to get up every morning. 

When I am not building lifelong professional relationships with buyers and sellers, and helping people with their life transitions, I love to horseback ride, workout, and travel.
