The North Raleigh Lifestyle
Though part of Raleigh, the North Raleigh area offers a slower pace of life than Downtown Raleigh and tight-knit communities of neighbors not unlike those found in nearby suburban areas. North Raleigh is renowned among longtime locals and new residents for these very reasons, as well as for its premier properties.
North Raleigh's luxury homes often rank among the most expensive homes in the Triangle; however, million-dollar properties are not the only real estate options available in North Raleigh. This area also offers modest townhome communities and established single-family home neighborhoods in addition to North Raleigh's golf course communities and gated luxury home communities.
For those unfamiliar with the area, North Raleigh encompasses the zip codes of 27614 and 27615, or the area south of Falls Lake, west of Capital Boulevard, north of Lynn Road, and east of Creedmoor Road. Allow us to show you why North Raleigh remains a popular place to live in the Triangle.
