A Personal Welcome From Linda Craft
Congratulations on Becoming a North Carolina Provisional Broker!
You completed your pre-licensing course, passed your school exam, passed the North Carolina State Exam, and earned your Provisional Broker license. That is something worth celebrating.
Your Next Decision Matters
Now Comes the Most Important Decision of Your Career.
Where should you hang your license?
As a new North Carolina Provisional Broker, you will work under the supervision of a Broker-in-Charge while completing your three required post-licensing courses to become a full Broker.
A little tip from me: start with Post-Licensing Course 303—Contracts. You will use contracts every day in real estate.
The Better Question
Who is going to teach me how to build a successful real estate career?
Beyond the License
Your Real Estate School Taught You the Law. Your Brokerage Should Teach You the Business.
Your license may have taught you that there are 43,560 square feet in an acre.
It did not teach you how to generate clients, conduct consultations, negotiate contracts, market homes, build relationships, or create a successful business.
That is what a great brokerage should do.
You Have Lots of Choices
Every Brokerage Model Is Different.
01
Large National Franchises
Some offer broad brand recognition and online training, but the experience can vary widely from office to office.
02
Independent Brokerages
Some provide a more local experience, while coaching, mentorship, and support may come with additional fees.
03
Real Estate Teams
Some team leaders still sell full-time, which can affect how opportunities, attention, and coaching are shared.
The real question is: which one will invest in you?

My Personal Invitation
Real Estate Is About More Than Selling Homes.
After 40 years in this business, I have learned something important.
Real estate is about serving people. Building relationships. Growing personally. And surrounding yourself with people who genuinely want you to succeed.
If you are looking for a brokerage where you will be known by name—not by your license number—and where experienced professionals are invested in helping you build a long, successful career, I would love to meet you.
Come visit one of our Tuesday training meetings. Meet the team. Ask questions. Experience our culture. Then decide if Linda Craft Team, REALTORS® feels like home.
When people help each other succeed, everyone wins.
I hope to meet you soon.
