Doug Muhle joined Linda Craft & Team, REALTORS in 2011 and leads our Investment Properties Division. He has been a leading real estate investor and developer in the Great Raleigh Area marketplace for over 23 years and we are very excited about the wealth of knowledge and experience he brings to our clients.
Doug grew up with a love for land and the outdoors, including hunting and fishing. Throughout his youth he acquired his knowledge of timber, agriculture and the many aspects of land. Doug played football (1980-1984) and graduated from East Carolina University with a B.S. degree in Marketing and Construction Management. Throughout his 23 years of real estate construction and development he has built hundreds of homes and developed some of the most popular subdivisions in Raleigh and Coastal North Carolina.
With his success he is known for his saavy and effective style in the investment real estate game. Doug's personal real estate invesments range from Coastal North Carolina to several thousands of acres of farm and agricultural lands. He and his family live in Raleigh and Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina.
