Karen Dyer was originally raised in Cary, NC and loves calling the Triangle home. She has been in real estate since 1999 and realized early on that Real Estate was her passion. Karen's professional portfolio encompasses a mix of residential properties including lofts, townhomes, single family homes, and condominiums including: adaptive re-use, conversions, new home sales and distressed properties. She has served in a variety of capacities from sales to management to business development and has moved all over the south for her career.
Currently, Karen is a licensed Broker in three states – NC, GA, and MO, and holds a Salesperson license in TN. She believes in contributing to the industry by being involved and serves as Vice Chair in 2012 for the Government Affairs Committee for the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS (RRAR), is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors, and also serves on the Public Policy Sub-Committee of the GAC for RRAR. Recently, Karen was also selected for the 2012 Triangle Leadership Academy of RRAR. Karen also studied Public Relations in the College of Communications and was a full scholarship, Student-Athlete at the University of Tennessee
In addition to real estate, she loves technology, sports, social media, animals, food and helping with several community organizations when she has time. Karen has three parents, two brothers, a sister, and her dog, Buster.
