Kathy is a native coastal North Carolinian who has lived in the Triangle for over 25 years. Since 1985 she has been involved in Property Management, Real Estate Sales and Real Estate Appraisal ; and is a North Carolina Broker, a North Carolina State Certified Residential Appraiser and holds a Certified Apartment Property Supervisor designation. Her belief that really listening to her clients, combined with a working knowledge of the Triangle area that includes Wake, Durham, Orange, and Chatham counties helps families find that perfect home for their needs and lifestyles.
Kathy and her husband, Joe, believe in fostering a sense of community, and volunteer at their church, school and help with the various activities and interests of their teenage children.
